Beatles Bits: Weekly news roundup

A re-discovered  10-minute color film of the Beatles performing in Montreal in 1964 is expected to fetch more than £10,000 at an auction.

The film shows a police presence after death threats had been made towards Ringo Starr and was   filmed by the father of one of the Four Frenchmen, the Beatles' support act for the show.

Music producers James Teej and Timo Maas are nominated for a Grammy for their 2016 remix of Paul McCartney's "Nineteen Hundred and Eighty Five."
